If I buy a lot of garments over the year why can’t I have top multibuy discounts on every order I place no matter how many I order ?
Thank you for your orders. Multibuy discounts are a way of passing on our savings to you. It costs just as much in administration for us to process all the paperwork involved in taking your order whether the paperwork has £1 or £1,000 printed on it. So, the larger the order the more cost effective it is and the bigger the savings we pass on to you. The alternative is to enforce a minimum order policy and, as Chris Tarrant says, ‘we don’t want to do that’.
My company has 350 guards and we’ve put our company logo on all our vans, stationary etc. and I want a uniform that reflects my new company image. I need fast delivery from stock so I can’t wait for special items to be made and given the volumes I buy over the year I don’t expect to pay top prices. Can you help?
A tall order, but the answer is yes. You need our Contract Service. If you have more than 300 uniformed staff you have sufficient volumes to have your own stock in our warehouse for you to call off. Our designers can put together a unique look for you incorporating your company logo and our computer systems will predict your yearly requirements. You commit to buy from us and we keep your special stock at your special prices. You get a customised order form listing all the products, reduced carriage costs and an extended last order deadline. When your company grows to 1,000 guards we can offer customised web-ordering exclusive garments, an in-house catalogue, management reports, consolidated invoicing and many other exclusive services. Call our sales line for more information, or view the Contract presentation.
Why do you use a factoring company to collect the payments?
We are experts at manufacturing, stocking and distributing uniforms but to be honest we’re pretty second rate as debt collectors (we’re just too nice!) so we outsource that side of our business and let the experts do it for us. If you have any queries about your account, or need any assistance or information we are always happy to help, we just won’t phone you up for the money.
