Why do the uniforms come in those boring brown boxes?

A

Well, we agree they’re not the most exiting corporate image but experience has shown us that we have the minimum number of ‘lost’ parcels when we stick to the boring brown boxes so ,on balance, we thought you’d rather get a dull looking parcel than no parcel at all. It seems that anything on the outside of the parcel that advertises what’s inside is just to tempting for some people. If any of our many security customers can come up with a solution to this one please let us know.

Why is your deadline for next day delivery 12 noon, surely it can’t take all afternoon to pack a parcel?

A

It doesn’t, but there’s more to do than just packing and there will already be orders in the queue before you. We know from experience that if we set the deadline at noon we will definitely have time to process, pick, pack and despatch your order for next day delivery. If you order in the afternoon you will often still get your parcel next day, but not always, so we won’t promise you a service we can’t deliver to you everyday.
